Apartment Store A Money Hoarder

The Apartment Store, located at Penn State University and in charge of many students’ residences, swindles their renters out of money in any way possible. Many in the past have complained about the Store’s ridiculous reasons for charging renters, and my family has now experienced the overwhelming unfairness that has been reoccurring time and time again.
