U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack came to Point Park University in Pittsburgh, Pa. on Sept. 16, 2011 for a press conference.  During his speech, Vilsack discussed the American Jobs Act, which stresses the need to put people back to work and highlights the benefits of the Act.
